FEMOtech manufactures high-precision turned and milled parts in the µm range to customer specification: turned parts from under 1 mm to 65 mm through the spindle and up to 140 mm in the chuck, milled parts in 5-axis machining up to 100 mm × 150 mm. From single part to large series, in nine material groups, measured at every step.

Which material and surface fit your application is clarified before production. Surface treatment and hardening are handled with partner companies; a special case is Arcap for custom fiber optic connectors, lead-free on request as Arcap Zest®.

What part sizes can FEMOtech turn and mill?
Turned parts from under 1 mm up to 65 mm through the spindle and up to 140 mm in the chuck. Milled parts are produced in 5-axis machining up to 100 mm × 150 mm.
Does FEMOtech also produce small series and single parts?
Yes. Our machinery handles single parts and prototypes as well as small, medium and large series. The inquiry works the same in every case: send a drawing, receive an assessment.
Which materials does FEMOtech machine?
Aluminium, stainless steel, brass, Arcap, plastics, nickel silver, free-cutting steel, copper and heat-treatable steel. We advise you on the optimal material for your application.
Does FEMOtech handle surface treatment and hardening?
Yes, surface treatments and hardening processes are carried out with long-standing partner companies; coordination and responsibility stay with us.
